Shipping Options

 

Piety and Desire Chocolate is located in New Orleans, Lousiana. This means it is HOT 8-9 months out of the year. For this reason we only offer Overnight shipping during the warm months. Once the temperature cools down we do add a 2nd-day and Ground shipping option.

 

All of our shipments will contain the appropriate temperature packaging to ensure your chocolate arrives unmelted. This may include thermal bubble wrap and/or biodegradable insulation and/or biodegradable ice packs.

 

 

Order Processing

 

Standard Shipping- Your order will ship within 2-5 business days of your order date. Once it is shipped, it will arrive within 2 days.

 

Expedited Shipping- Your order will ship within 1-2 business days of your order date.Once it is shipped, it will arrive within 1 day.

 

We ship Monday-Thursday with delivery available Tuesday-Friday. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 1pm CST on Thursday will be processed and shipping the following Monday.

 

Return and Refund Policy

 

We pack each shipment with the utmost care! If any product arrives damaged or defective, or you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us immediately at info@pietyanddesirechocolate.com or 504-799-1709.

 

Piety and Desire Chocolate will not refund shipping charges due to UPS delays due to weather or other factors beyond our control. If UPS offers a refund to us we will pass that along to you. If UPS does not offer a refund on a delay, we cannot be responsible for these charges.

 

Piety and Desire Chocolate will not responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned, reshipment charges will apply. If an address needs to be changed after the shipment has left our studio, an address change fee will apply. During route address changes may also lead to delivery delays.
